Resolutions

  • Any NSGREA member in good standing may bring forth a resolution, to be voted upon at the upcoming convention.
  • Resolutions must be received by the Resolutions Committee no later than midnight on June 21, 2026.
  • To submit a proposed resolution, the form below must be completed and submitted by the date and time noted above.
  • Resolutions may be subject to editing by the Resolutions Committee for brevity and clarity. Resolution movers will  be notified by email of any edits.
  • All resolutions must have both a mover and a seconder. At least one piece of contact information (email or phone) must be provided for both.
  • All submitted resolutions must pass through a set sequence of steps before being approved and becoming “live.”
  • Once received, all resolutions being considered will be shown in the list below. Clicking on any resolution’s subject will display the details of the resolution and its current status in the approval process.
  • The contact information (email and phone number) of the mover and seconder will not be published on the NSGREA website.
